Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Transit Time: All orders are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail. The package in transit takes 3-5 business days to reach your destination domestically.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Red Spring Studio ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 1-5 business days

Damaged or Lost Packages During Transit

Red Spring Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during and due to shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If you believe the item was damaged prior to shipment, please contact us via redspring.helpdesk@gmail.com

International Shipping Policy

Red Spring Studio ships internationally.

Shipment Processing Time

Processing time: International orders are processed within 5-7 business days to ensure buyers understand the terms and conditions of their order.

Transit time: International orders will be in transit between 7-14 business days.

Damaged or Lost Packages During Transit

Red Spring Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during and due to shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

By purchasing from Red Spring Studio internationally, the buyer is responsible for providing the most accurate mailing address including your FULL NAME, ADDRESS, and PHONE NUMBER. Failure to do so may cause the package to be lost in transit. Red Spring Studio is not responsible for any package that may be lost in transit due to a mailing address error.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Red Spring Studio is not responsible for customs and duties fees that your package may be subject to in your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.
